天然气发动机烃类污染物比排放偏差分析

摘要 基于某重型国六排放标准天然气发动机排放耐久试验的气态污染物排放测试结果,对导致烃类污染物比排放偏差的关键因素进行了分析。结果表明,排放分析仪中氢火焰离子化探测器响应时间的微弱偏差和燃料参数设置会对非甲烷碳氢和总碳氢的比排放结果产生重大影响。为此,提出了一种利用测试数据修正响应时间的方法,大大提高了重型天然气发动机烃类污染物排放的测试精度。 The key factors causing the deviation of hydrocarbon pollutant specific emission were analysed based on the durability test results of gaseous pollutant emission on a heavy-duty natural gas engine which meets the China 6 emission requirements.The results show that both the deviation of flame ionization detector(FID)response time in the emission analyzer and the fuel parameter setting have a significant impact on the non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHC)and total hydrocarbon(THC)specific emission results.A method to correct the response time was introduced using the test data,and test accuracy of hydrocarbon pollutants of heavy-duty natural gas engine was greatly improved.
