12个果桑品种在保定地区自然越冬过程中的生理生化响应 被引量:3

Physiological and biochemical responses of 12 mulberry varieties during natural overwintering in Baoding city

摘要 为了解不同品种果桑的低温适应能力,以12个不同品种的果桑一年生枝条为试验材料,在河北省保定地区植物越冬期间,测定其生理生化指标,调查田间抽条率,利用模糊隶属函数法对不同品种果桑的自然越冬能力进行综合评价,以期筛选出能在河北省正常越冬的优良品种,为果桑产业发展提供理论依据。结果表明:在自然越冬期间,果桑枝条的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性总体呈现先升高后降低的趋势;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量,会随着温度的变化表现为先上升后下降的趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量总体呈现先升高后降低再升高的趋势。在田间抽条率的调查中,得出‘大马牙’的抽条率最小,为0.00%;‘小白鹅’的抽条率最大,达到12.43%。经过隶属函数法以及平均气温加权法综合评价不同品种果桑的抗寒性强弱,结合枝条抽条率筛选出果桑品种‘大马牙’在这12个品种中的抗寒性最强,而抗寒性最弱的为‘小白鹅’。 To study the low-temperature adaptation capacity of different varieties of mulberry trees,the annual branches of 12 different varieties of mulberry trees were used as test materials,their physiological and biochemical indices were measured and the field drawdown rate was investigated during the overwintering period of the plants in Baoding,Hebei province.The natural overwintering ability of different mulberry varieties was evaluated using the fuzzy subordinate function method,in order to select the best varieties suitable for the local winter temperature conditions in Hebei province and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of mulberry industry in the future.The results showed that the activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT)in the branches of mulberry showed an overall trend of increasing and then decreasing during the natural overwintering process.The contents of soluble sugars,soluble protein and free proline showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the change of temperature.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)showed an overall trend of increasing,then decreasing and then increasing.The sprouting rate of variety‘Da-ma-ya'was the smallest(0.00%),that of‘Xiao bai e'was the largest(12.43%).The cold resistance of different varieties of mulberry was evaluated comprehensively by the affiliation function method and the mean temperature weighting method.The variety‘Da ma ya'had the strongest cold resistant among these 12 varieties by combining the sprouting rate,while variety‘Xiao bai e'had the weakest cold resistance.
