广西国家储备林基地建设的高质量发展路径研究

A Study on the High-Quality Development Path of Guangxi National Reserve Forest Base Construction

国家储备林的质量关系到弥补经济发展过程所需木材缺口的质量,为全面提升森林生态碳储量,以广西为例,详细阐述了广西国家储备林建设的概况、建设范围与布局,介绍了广西在储备林建设方面的发展理念和经营措施,同时,结合广西的经验指出了国家储备林在发展建设过程中存在的问题,提出了推进广西国家储备林基地建设高质量发展的路径:探索创新模式,不断挖掘潜力;拓宽融资渠道,创新融资模式;强化科技支撑,打造精品示范推广;强化管理体系,确保建设成效。

The quality of the national reserve forest is related to the quality of making up the wood gap required for economic development,and comprehensively improving the forest ecological carbon storage.Taking Guangxi as an example,this paper expounds the general situation,construction scope and layout of the construction of the national reserve forest in Guangxi,introduces the development philosophy and management measures in the construction of the reserve forest in Guangxi,and points out the problems existing in the development and construction of the national reserve forest based on the experience of Guangxi.The paper puts forward the following ways to promote the high-quality development of Guangxi National Reserve Forest Base:exploring innovative models and continuously tapping into potential;expanding financing channels and innovating financing models;strengthening technological support and creating high-quality demonstration and promotion;strengthening the management system to ensure the effectiveness of construction.
