乡村振兴战略下茂名市美丽乡村建设发展现状与对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Construction of Beautiful Countryside in Maoming City Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

各个地区积极响应乡村振兴战略,在系列工作中坚持从实际出发,规划引领,推进乡村振兴,基于此,总结、借鉴了国内外乡村建设的实践经验,以茂名市为例,深入分析了茂名市美丽乡村建设的现状和取得的成效,同时发现存在基础设施欠缺、精神文明建设不够完善、村民欠缺主体意识和参与治理积极性低、建设人才缺乏及人员行政意识不高、缺少足够的资金支持等问题。基于此,从加大精神文明建设投入、提高村民主体意识、培养专业乡村人才队伍、发展旅游业和数字经济型产业4个方面提出了优化茂名市美丽乡村建设的策略。

All regions actively responded to the rural revitalization strategy,and insisted on proceeding from reality,planning and leading in a series of work to promote rural revitalization.Based on this,this paper first summarized and learned from the practical experience of rural construction at home and abroad,and then took the case of Maoming City to deeply analyze the status quo and achievements of the construction of beautiful villages in Maoming City.It is found that there are problems such as imperfect infrastructure,imperfect construction of spiritual civilization,lack of subjective awareness and low enthusiasm of villagers to participate in governance,lack of construction talents and low administrative awareness of personnel,and lack of sufficient financial support.Therefore,strategies are put forward to optimize the construction of beautiful villages in Maoming City from four aspects:increasing investment in spiritual civilization construction,improving villagers'subjective consciousness,cultivating professional rural talent teams and developing tourism and digital economy industries.
