成渝地区合作共建世界级先进制造业集群研究

On the Collaborative Construction of World-class Advanced Manufacturing Industry Clusters in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

合作共建世界级先进制造业集群,是成渝地区肩负的一项国家战略使命,也是促进其产业迈向全球价值链中高端的必然选择。本文从世界级先进制造业集群的特征切入,总结区域合作共建世界级先进制造业集群的主要着力点,认为成渝地区合作共建世界级先进制造业集群已具备一定的基础条件,但还存在优势制造业集群竞争力不强以及产业协作、区域创新协同和关键要素共享不足等问题,从梯度培育优势产业、突出区域产业“点线”协同、共建产业协同创新网络和加快关键要素自由流动四个方面提出建议。

Collaboration to establish world-class advanced manufacturing clusters is a national strategic mission undertaken by the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and also an inevitable choice for propelling its industries towards the medium-high end of the global value chain.This article examines the characteristics of world-class advanced manufacturing clusters and summarizes the primary focus of regional cooperation in establishing world-class advanced manufacturing clusters.It is believed that the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle possesses certain fundamental conditions.However,challenges remain,including the weak competitiveness of advantageous manufacturing clusters,inadequate industrial cooperation,limited regional collaborative innovation,and insufficient sharing of key factors.This study proposes suggestions in four aspects:implementing a gradient approach to cultivate advantageous industries,emphasizing the synergistic development of regional industries,establishing collaborative innovation networks within the industrial sector,and accelerating the unhindered flow of key elements.
