摘要
针对机车车辆转向架的疲劳问题,利用HyperMesh软件建立包括焊缝细节在内的某内置轴箱转向架焊接构架的有限元模型,运用基于ASME标准的等效结构应力法和基于BS7608标准的名义应力法对该转向架构架进行疲劳强度分析。根据UIC615-4标准确定构架的四种疲劳工况和三个加载阶段,选取应力集中较大的3条焊缝进行疲劳寿命和累积损伤计算,两种方法计算出的各焊缝累计损伤比均小于1,表明该转向架焊接构架的疲劳强度满足标准及设计要求。
Aiming at the fatigue problem of locomotive bogie,the finite element model of welding frame of a bogie with built-in axle box including weld details is established by using HyperMesh software,the equivalent structural stress method based on ASME standard and the nominal stress method based on BS7608 standard are used to analyze the fatigue strength of the bogie frame.According to the UIC615-4 standard,four fatigue conditions and three loading stages of the frame were determined,and three welds with larger stress concentration were selected to calculate the fatigue life and cumulative damage,the cumulative damage ratio of each weld calculated by the two methods is less than 1,which indicates that the fatigue strength of the bogie welded frame meets the standard and design requirements.
