10CrNi3MoV钢典型甲板分段焊接变形预测研究

摘要 预测10CrNi3MoV钢船体结构的焊接变形,对于船体结构工艺设计和精准制造具有重要的意义。采用固有应变法,并利用有限元软件分析,对10CrNi3MoV钢典型甲板结构的焊接变形进行了预测,开展不同焊接方案下焊接变形量的仿真,分析了典型甲板分段焊接结构变形趋势,为实现船体工艺技术的上升或突破积累了技术经验。 The prediction of welding deformation of 10CrNi3MoV steel hull structure is of great significance for the process design and precision manufacturing of hull structure.In this paper,the welding deformation of 10CrNi3MoV steel typical deck structure was predicted by using inherent strain method and finite element software analysis.The simulation of welding deformation under different welding schemes was carried out,then the deformation trend of the typical deck segment welded structure was analyzed,so as to accumulate technical experience for the improvement or breakthrough of hull technology.
