飞机小型复杂结构件柔性化生产线研究与应用

摘要 面向飞机小型复杂结构件加工需求,为满足钛/铝合金小型复杂结构件铣侧平面、外形、内形等典型制造工艺流程要求,采用基于模块化设计、统一软硬件接口的柔性化生产线搭建方式,通过增加转台实现立式加工中心搭建小型复杂结构件柔性化生产线;采用零点定位系统,将加工调整为并行模式,实现机外快装快换,定位和锁紧一步完成,支持多种相似产品混线生产,灵活调整工艺,适应小批量、多品种的生产模式。该柔性化生产线既适应实际加工需要,提升了飞机结构件的加工效率和加工质量,又具备系统的扩充性,以满足未来远期发展目标。 In order to meet the processing requirements of small complex structural parts of aircraft and meet the requirements of typical manufacturing processes such as milling side plane,shape and internal shape of small complex structural parts of titanium/aluminum alloy,the flexible production line construction method based on modular design and unified software and hardware interface is adopted,and the flexible production line of small complex structural parts is built by adding a vertical machining center by adding a turntable,and the zero-point positioning system is adopted,adjust the processing to the parallel mode,realize the quick assembly and replacement outside the machine,complete the positioning and locking in one step,support the mixed production of multiple similar products,flexibly adjust the process,and adapt to the production mode of small batch and multiple varieties.It not only adapts to the actual processing needs,improves the processing efficiency and quality of aircraft structural parts,but also has the system scalability to meet the future long-term development goals.
