摘要
以典型的椭圆手柄车削、椭圆凸台及椭圆型腔的铣削为例,详细介绍了椭圆切削加工的数控编程方法和仿真加工过程。针对椭圆切削加工中常见的过切问题,应用仿真加工分析和验证的方法提出了通用可行的解决方案。实践表明,该方案对椭圆的数控加工具有实际的参考价值和借鉴意义。
Taking typical elliptical handle turning,elliptical boss and elliptical cavity milling as examples,this paper introduces in detail the CNC programming method and simulation machining process of elliptical cutting.A universal and feasible solution has been proposed using simulation processing analysis and verification methods to address the common problem of over-cutting in elliptical cutting.Practice has shown that this scheme has practical reference value and reference significance for CNC machining of ellipses.
