铸坯步进冷床活动框架的设计与研究

摘要 步进冷床是连铸工艺中的重要组成设备之一,步进冷床活动框架的运行质量间接影响了铸坯成形质量与运行维护时间。对某项目步进冷床活动框架进行了有限元分析和模态分析,在保证活动框架强度、刚度达标,本体结构不会发生共振的前提下,采用拓扑优化设计减轻活动框架纵梁的有效重量。分析结果表明:活动框架的强度、刚度满足实际使用需求,框架Z向最大变形量为0.85 mm,不会磨损导向装置;工作频率远低于1阶固有频率,不会发生共振现象;活动框架的纵梁通过拓扑优化可减少将近15%的重量,为后续活动框架的局部尺寸优化提供了有效参考,在保证铸坯成形质量的同时,减轻了设备重量和磨损,提高了设备使用寿命。 The walking cooling bed is one of the important equipment in the continuous casting process.The operation quality of the moving frame of the walking cooling bed indirectly affects the billet forming quality and operation maintenance time.In this paper,the finite element analysis and modal analysis are carried out for the movable frame of the walking cooling bed of a project.On the premise of ensuring that the strength and rigidity of the movable frame meet the standard and that the body structure will not resonate,the topology optimization design is adopted to reduce the effective weight of the movable frame.The analysis results show that the strength and rigidity of the movable frame meet the actual use requirements,the maximum Z direction deformation of the frame is 0.85 mm,and the guide device will not be worn;its working frequency is far lower than the first-order intrinsic frequency,and resonance will not occur;the weight of the longitudinal beam of the movable frame can be reduced by nearly 15%through topology optimization,which provides a reasonable and effective reference for the local size optimization of the subsequent movable frame.While ensuring the casting quality,the weight and wear of the equipment are reduced,and the service life of the equipment is improved.
