摘要
以某双层巴士为研究对象,首先进行车身骨架有限元建模,然后进行典型工况下的结构分析,对于薄弱位置进行结构改进及验证,最终达到量产标准,为批量生产提供可靠性支撑。
Taking a double deck bus as the research object,the finite element modeling of the body frame is first carried out,and then the structural analysis under typical working conditions is carried out.The structural improvement and verification of the weak position are carried out,and finally the mass production standard is reached,providing reliability support for mass production.
