细碎机是火电厂输煤系统中重要的辅机设备,SPM-2025型细碎机是专为环保型循环流化床锅炉机组配套的燃煤细碎设备。以SPM-2025型细碎机为例,给出了出力为800 t/h细碎机设计,其设计合理,结构紧凑,密封性能好,出料粒度均匀可调,破碎能力强,为电厂正确、高效选择细碎机提供了参考。

The fine particle crusher is an important auxiliary equipment in the coal handling system of thermal power plants.The SPM-2025 fine particle crusher is a coal-fired fine particle crusher specially designed for the environment-friendly circulating fluidized bed boiler unit.Taking SPM-2025 fine particle crusher as an example,this paper gives the design of 800 t/h fine particle crusher with reasonable design,compact structure,good sealing performance,uniform and adjustable discharge particle size,and strong crushing capacity,which provides a reference for the correct and efficient selection of fine particle crusher in power plants.
