摘要
为解决综采工作面顺槽巷内移动变电站、泵站、开关等设备的运输问题,近距离持续满足为采煤机、刮板机和支架提供电、液动力,实现采煤作业连续推进的需要,根据综采工作面顺槽巷道的工矿特点,分析原有运输方式的弊端与缺陷,运用液压传动、摩擦物理学和力学设计的综合原理,研制出一种液压集中控制、迈步自移运动、高效且安全的设备列车。
In order to solve the transportation problems of the equipment such as shifting,pumping station and switch in the roadway of fully mechanized mining face,the electrical and hydraulic power for shearer,scraper and support can be provided continuously in a short distance to realize the continuous advancement of coal mining operation.According to the characteristics of the roadway in fully mechanized mining face,the disadvantages and defects of the original transportation mode were analyzed,and an efficient and safe equipment train with hydraulic centralized control,stepping and self-moving motion was developed by applying the integrated principle of hydraulic transmission,tribophysics and mechanical design.
