摘要
通过控制变量试验分析了风电行星轮不同预备热处理对渗碳淬火的影响,并通过试验数据得出结论:风电行星轮可在满足一定要求的情况下取消调质工序,采用“正火+高温回火”的预备热处理工艺。
In this paper,the influence of different pre-heat treatments on carburizing and quenching of the wind turbine planetary wheel is analyzed through the control variable test,and through the experimental data,it is concluded that the wind turbine planetary wheel can cancel the tempering process and directly adopt the pre-heat treatment process of"normalizing+high temperature tempering"when certain requirements are met.
