水龙头夹持铣削控制系统设计与实现

摘要 水龙头铸件剥皮磨抛是卫浴产品生产中的一道重要工序,对于复杂曲面水龙头铸件,通常由人工配合专机加工,但加工效率低、产品一致性差,同时粉尘环境不利于作业人员身体健康。针对以上问题,设计了水龙头夹持铣削控制系统,根据工艺要求,控制夹持机器人夹持水龙头变换位姿,并发送相应铣削程序到数控机床完成复杂曲面水龙头的数控铣削,有效提高了加工效率,且产品一致性好、作业安全。 Peeling,grinding and polishing of faucet castings is an important process in the production of sanitary products.For complex curved faucet castings,usually processed by manual and special machine,the processing efficiency is often low,the consistency of faucet products is poor,and the dust environment is not conducive to the health of operators.In order to solve the above problems,a faucet clamping milling control system is designed.According to the process requirements,the clamping robot is controlled to clamp the faucet to change the posture,and send the corresponding milling program to the CNC machine tool to complete the NC milling of the faucet with complex curved surface.The design can effectively improve processing efficiency,product consistency and operation safety.
