摘要
在打叶复烤生产线生产时,混配柜的横跑车一直做往、返运行,当混配柜内烟叶达到边进边出时,横跑车处于“空载”运行状态,不仅浪费了电能,增加了不必要的机器磨损,还提高了维修成本。为降低设备能耗,特对混配柜布料模式进行改进,通过程序优化,在原有的寻堆往复布料模式基础上,新增一种直线布料模式,即混配柜内烟叶达到边进边出时,横跑车一直停在直跑车中间位置,不再往复不动,使物料均匀输送的同时达到节能的效果,经计算每月节约电能222.5 kW·h。
In the tobacco leaf threshing and rebaking production line,the horizontal carriage of the mixing cabinet operates continuously in both forward and backward states.When the tobacco leaves in the mixing cabinet go in and out at the same time,the horizontal running trolley is in"No load"operating state,which not only wastes electricity,increases unnecessary machine wear,but also increases maintenance costs.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the equipment,the distribution mode of the mixing cabinet is specially improved.Through program optimization,a new linear distribution mode is added on the basis of the original stacking reciprocating distribution mode,that is,when the tobacco leaves in the mixing cabinet go in and out at the same time,the horizontal running trolley will always stop in the middle,and will no longer reciprocate,so that the materials can be transported evenly while achieving the effect of energy saving.After calculation,222.5 kW·h of electricity is saved per month.
