应用二次电子反射原理的焊缝定位及排障分析

摘要 随着电子束焊接技术的推广应用,对于电子束焦点的收束也在逐步提高要求,在整个焊接过程中如何将电子束焦点的斑点与工件焊接位置正确对应上是提高产品合格率的重中之重。系统地阐述了焊缝定位技术的重要性并且分析了二次电子反射原理及其在真空电子束焊机设备焊缝定位技术上的应用,通过分析其原理、设计焊缝定位组件及分析总结实际案例,探讨了采用波形分析法解决焊缝定位故障难题的理论方法,使维修工作达到事半功倍的效果。 With the popularization and application of electron beam welding technology,the requirements for electron beam focus receiving are gradually increasing.In the whole welding process,how to correctly match the spot of electron beam focus with the welding position of the workpiece is the most important thing to improve the qualified rate of products.This paper systematically expounds the importance of welding seam positioning technology and analyzes the principle of secondary electron reflection and its application in the welding seam positioning technology of vacuum electron beam welder equipment.Through the analysis of its principle,the design of welding seam positioning components and the analysis and summary of practical cases,the theoretical method to solve the problem of welding seam positioning fault through waveform analysis is discussed.The maintenance work achieved the effect of twice the result with half the effort.
