摘要
金属的腐蚀广泛存在于金属材料之中,极大地限制了金属的资源化利用。水接触角大于150°的材料表面称为超疏水表面,近年来,受自然界超浸润现象的启发,超疏水涂层被广泛用作金属材料的保护膜。介绍了近年来超疏水涂层作为金属材料的保护膜在金属防腐领域的研究进展,以及不同工艺制备的超疏水体系,最后指出超疏水涂层能够有效地提高金属表面的抗腐蚀能力,此外,该超疏水涂层为利用超疏水膜替代含铬酸盐钝化涂层保护金属基底提供了可能。
The corrosion of metals exists widely in metal materials,which greatly limits the resource utilization of metals.The surface of the material with water contact angle greater than 150°becomes super-hydrophobic surface.In recent years,inspired by the phenomenon of super-infiltration in nature,super-hydrophobic coating has been widely used as the protective film of metal materials.The research progress of superhydrophobic coatings as protective films of metal materials in the field of metal corrosion protection in recent years and the superhydrophobic systems prepared by different processes are introduced.Finally,it is pointed out that the superhydrophobic coating can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of metal surface.In addition,the superhydrophobic coating provides the possibility to protect metal substrate by using superhydrophobic film instead of chromate passivation coating.
