邢台市工业燃烧源大气污染物排放清单及特征 被引量:1

摘要 通过调研国内外文献资料和收集相关活动水平数据,结合排放因子法,建立了邢台市2018年工业燃烧源大气污染物排放清单。2018年邢台市工业燃烧源SO_(2)、NO_(x)、CO、VOCs、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、BC、OC的排放量分别为2426.94、13784.76、31554.21、2433.85、977.36、395.47、9.72、18.92 t。行业分析表明:电力、热力生产和供应业对SO_(2)、NO_(x)、CO、VOCs、PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)的排放贡献率最高,化学原料和化学制品制造业是BC和OC的主要贡献源。能源结构分析表明:煤炭燃烧是SO_(2)、NO_(x)、CO、PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)的主要来源,生物质成型燃料燃烧是VOCs、OC的主要贡献源,其他液体燃料燃烧是BC的主要来源。空间分布结果显示:SO_(2)、NO_(x)、CO排放主要集中在沙河市、内丘县,VOCs排放分布以威县、南宫市、沙河市为主,PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)排放主要分布在沙河市、隆尧县,BC和OC排放高值分别出现在隆尧县、邢台县域内。选用随机性较强的蒙特卡洛模拟法对清单进行了不确定性分析,最终得到了在95%置信区间内的各类污染物排放不确定性范围。 Based on research on domestic and foreign literature extensively and collection of relevant activity level data,combined with the emission factor method,an atmospheric pollutant emission inventory of the industrial stationary combustion source for Xingtai in 2018 was established.The total emissions of SO_(2),NO_(x),CO,VOCs,PM_(10),PM_(2.5),BC and OC were 2426.94,13784.76,31554.21,2433.85,977.36,395.47,9.72,18.92 t,respectively.Industry analysis shows that the production and supply of electric and heat power has the highest contributor to the emissions of SO_(2),NO_(x),CO,VOCs,PM_(10)and PM_(2.5),and the manufacturing of chemical raw materials and chemical products was the main contribution source of BC and OC.The energy structure analysis shown that coal combustion was the main source for SO_(2),NO_(x),CO,PM_(10)and PM_(2.5),and biomass briquette combustion contributed the largest portion of VOCs and OC.Combustion of other liquid fuels was the main source of BC.Spatial distribution of pollution emission turned out that the emissions of SO_(2),NO_(x)and CO were mainly concentrated in Shahe and Neiqiu.VOCs emissions were mainly distributed in Weixian County,Nangong and Shahe.The emissions of PM_(10)and PM_(2.5)were mainly from Shahe and Longyao.The high values of BC and OC emissions appeared in Longyao and Xingtai respectively.The monte-carlo simulation method with strong randomness was mainly used to analyze the uncertainty of the emission list,and the emission distributions of 95%confidence interval had been put out.
