当前和今后一个时期,菏泽市应根据产业链的整体性、层次性和动态性等特征,结合其吸引聚集产业、增强竞争能力和稳定经济发展等功能,紧紧围绕生物医药、高端化工和农副产品精深加工等产业,精心培育一批具有引领性、示范性、标志性的产业链。通过积极实施“产业延链”“企业补链”“项目固链”“科技兴链”“金融活链”“数字强链”等攻坚行动,加快构建具有关键性支点、现代化链条、一流生态圈的特色产业体系。

In the current and future periods,Heze City should,based on the characteristics of the overall,hierarchical,and dynamic nature of the industrial chain,and in conjunction with its functions of attracting and clustering industries,enhancing competitiveness,and stabilizing economic development,focus closely on industries such as biopharmaceuticals,high-end chemicals,and deep processing of agricultural and sideline products.Aiming to cultivate a set of leading,exemplary,and symbolic industrial chains,active measures such as“chain extension in the industry”“chain supplementation by enterprises”“chain stabilization through projects”“chain enhancement through technology”“chain activation through finance”and“chain strengthening through digitization”should be implemented.This will accelerate the construction of a distinctive industrial system with key support points,a modernized chain,and a first-rate ecological ecosystem.
