新时代思政课教师专业发展的时代价值、内生动力和实践向度

摘要 新时代,面对社会发展诉求、育人质量要求,思政课教师专业发展有利于引导思政课教师明确“发展什么”的价值要求,回应“为什么发展”的教育之本,找准“如何发展”的关键支点。因此,促进思政课教师专业发展要发挥思政课教师的主体自觉性、发展自主性、育人自为性,要在明确思政课教师专业发展的进阶方向、定位思政课教师专业发展的内化进路、把握思政课教师专业发展的外化要求、建构思政课教师专业发展的保障体系上发力。 In the new era,facing the demands of social development and the requirements for nurturing talents,the professional development of ideological and political education teachers is conducive to guiding them to clarify the value requirements of“what to develop”,responding to the educational foundation of“why to develop”,and identifying the key points of“how to develop”.Therefore,promoting the professional development of ideological and political education teachers should harness their subject consciousness,autonomy in development,and self-dedication to nurturing students.This can be achieved by defining the advanced direction of professional development,internalizing the route for positioning professional development,grasping the external requirements of professional development,and constructing a guarantee system for professional development.
