摘要
结合渑池至淅川高速公路渑池至洛宁段特殊的地域特征,通过实地调查及相关分析,采用专家访谈、问卷等形式建立具有地域特点的绿色公路评价指标体系,构建了包括“资源节约、环境保护、节能措施、管理提升、服务提升”等5项一级指标、23项二级指标的绿色公路评价指标体系,并对该段项目进行了绿色公路水平评价。此研究可为其他绿色公路水平评价提供借鉴和参考。
Combining the special geographical features of the Mianchi to Luoning section of the Mianchi to Xichuan expressway,through field investigations and relevant analysis,a green highway evaluation index system with regional characteristics is established using expert interviews,questionnaires,and other forms.The system includes five primary indicators,namely resource conservation,environmental protection,energy-saving measures,management improvement and service enhancement,as well as 23 secondary indicators.The green highway level of this section is evaluated based on this system.This study can provide reference and guidance for the evaluation of green highway levels in other areas.
