烤烟上部烟叶带茎烘烤对烟叶质量的影响

The Influence of Curing the Upper Tobacco Leaves with Stems on Tobacco Quality

为了探讨湘中烟区稻茬烤烟上部烟叶带茎烘烤对烟叶质量的影响,以云烟87为材料,开展了上部烟叶一次性带茎烘烤和分2次采烤的试验,结果表明:与分2次采烤烟叶(对照)相比较,一次性带茎烘烤B1F、B2F、B3F烟叶,烤后主要化学成分指标工业可用性指数均高于对照;感官质量指标评价总分值分别显著高于对照12.5%、11.1%和8.5%;主要中性致香物质“类胡萝卜素类(共21种)、苯丙氨酸类(共6种)、棕色化反应产物类(共3种)、类西柏烷类(茄酮)和新植二烯类(新植二烯)”含量,依次分别高于对照54.1%、83.7%、175.4%、17.8%和16.5%,中性致香物质总含量显著高于对照20.8%。这表明在湘中烟稻轮作烟区,烤烟上部烟叶带茎烘烤有利于提高烟叶质量。

In order to explore the influence of curing the upper tobacco leaves with stems on tobacco quality in the rice-tobacco rotation planting areas of central Hunan Province,Yunyan 87 was used as the material and two treatments were set:one-off curing with stems;collecting and curing tobacco leaves in two batches(control).Results showed that the B1F,B2F and B3F tobacco leaves cured by one-off curing with stems were all superior to the control in main chemical component indicators and industrial usability indexes;their total score of sensory quality index was significantly higher than that of the control by 12.5%,11.1%and 8.5%,repectively;the contents of the main neutral aroma substances carotenoids(21 species in total),phenylalanines(6 species in total),browning reaction products(3 species in total),cembranoids(solanone),and neophytadiene were 54.1%,83.7%,175.4%,17.8%and 16.5%higher than the control respectively,and the total content of neutral aroma substances was significantly higher than the control by 20.8%.The above results show that the curing of the upper tobacco with stems is beneficial to improving the quality of tobacco leaves in the central Hunan rice-tobacco rotation region.
