为了增强《建筑装饰工程计量与计价》课程教学效率,增强学生综合技能应用能力,本文进行《建筑装饰工程计量与计价》课程工程任务分析,进行《建筑装饰工程计量与计价》课程教学设计,优化课程专业内容选取,将现场楼地面分项工程划分为整体面层与块料面层、室内与室外台阶、楼梯踢脚、螺旋楼梯等内容,进行楼梯面层、零星项目、楼地面整体面层和块料面层、台阶、清单工程量计算规则讲解,优化楼地面工程计量与计价教学,构建复合型课堂教学模式,增强专业课程学习效率及学生建筑装饰工程计量与计价的素养。

In order to enhance the teaching efficiency of Measurement and Valuation of Architectural Decoration Engineering,and enhance students'comprehensive skills application ability,this paper analyzes the engineering tasks of Measurement and Valuation of Architectural Decoration Engineering,designs the teaching design of Measurement and Valuation of Architectural Decoration Engineering,optimizes the selection of professional contents,and divides the site floor sub-projects into integral surface and block surface,indoor and outdoor steps,stair kicking,spiral stairs,etc.Explain the calculation rules of stair surface,sporadic projects,whole floor surface and block surface,steps and bill of quantities,optimize the measurement and valuation teaching of floor engineering,build a compound classroom teaching mode,enhance the learning efficiency of professional courses,and enhance students'measurement and valuation literacy of architectural decoration engineering.
