基于资产图谱分析的传统村落活化利用研究--以南平市顺昌县武坊村为例

Study on Activation and Utilization of Traditional Villages based on Asset Mapping Analysis:Taking Wufang Village,Shunchang County,Nanping City as an Example

针对传统村落空心化现象,文章提出传统村庄资产价值挖掘和利用的新方式。通过对武坊村资产的挖掘、借助资产为本的社区营造发展模式,在由“需求导向”向“资产导向”的转变过程中,实现村落治理的转型。基于系统思维,对传统村落本体价值及形态表征价值进行理性、量化的综合评估与动态跟踪研究,构建了以传统村落资产图谱为基础的,包括资源挖掘盘查、资源评价、价值提炼在内的可利用资源发掘体系,为传统村落的更新再利用提出一定经验和借鉴。

Aiming at the hollowing phenomenon of traditional villages,this paper puts forward a new way of mining and utilizing the value of traditional village assets.The transformation of village governance will be realized in the process of transformation from"demand orientation"to"asset orientation"through the excavation of Wufang Village's assets and the construction of an asset based community development model.Based on systematic thinking,the paper conducts a rational and quantitative comprehensive evaluation and dynamic tracking study on the noumenon value and form representation value of traditional villages,and constructs a system for the exploration of available resources based on the traditional village asset map,including resource mining inventory,resource evaluation,and value refining,which provides some experience and reference for the renewal and reuse of traditional villages.
