疫情防控背景下城区医疗资源分布特征及空间规划研究--以长春市中心城区为例

Study on Distribution Characteristics and Spatial Planning of Urban Medical Resources in the Context of Pandemic Prevention and Control:Taking Changchun City as an Example

疫情防控常态化,医疗资源规划已经成为我国城市规划重点关注内容。以长春市中心城区为例,利用兴趣点、路网数据及街景影像数据,依托GIS分析平台,建立基于空间句法线段模型的城市整合模型,通过多尺度分析方法,对各级医疗设施不均衡的密度分布和差异化空间结构特点进行研究;最后,结合分级诊疗和社区生活圈发展需求,构建多层级的医疗资源空间配置模式,对不同级别医疗设施空间规划的衔接模式提供指导意义。

With the normalisation of epidemic prevention and control,medical resource planning has become a key concern in China's urban planning.Taking the central city of Changchun as an example,using points of interest,road network data and street image data,relying on the GIS analysis platform,an urban integration model based on the spatial syntactic line segment model is established,and the uneven density distribution and differentiated spatial structure characteristics of medical facilities at all levels are studied through a multi-scale analysis method,and finally,a multi-level and multi-layered medical Finally,the spatial allocation model of medical resources is constructed by combining the development needs of hierarchical treatment and community living circles,which provides guidance for the spatial planning of different levels of medical facilities.
