中华传统廉洁文化蕴含了深邃的思想智慧,凝结了对“何为廉”“何以要廉”“何以倡廉”的系统思考。传统廉洁文化之所以要进行创造性转化创新性发展,是社会历史条件变化发展的时代需要,是传统廉洁文化自身发展的内在需要,是新时代廉洁文化建设夯实传统根基的现实需要。社会文化发展的可遗传性特质、廉洁文化建设的内在规律性、中国共产党的正确领导和马克思主义的科学指导,使传统廉洁文化创造性转化创新性发展成为可能。传统廉洁文化创造性转化创新性发展的路径是:坚持民族性与时代性相统一、科学性与价值性相统一、大众性与先进性相统一,运用批判继承、借鉴改造和守正创新方法,促进传统廉洁文化形式、内容和功能的转化发展。

The Chinese traditional honest and clean culture contains profound ideological wisdom,and condenses the systematic thinking of what is honest and clean,why must be honest and clean,and how to be honest and clean.The reason why the Chinese traditional honest and clean culture should be creatively transformed and innovatively developed is the need of the times that the social and historical conditions changed and developed,and the need of the development of the traditional honest and clean culture,and also the need to solid the foundation of the traditional honest and clean culture.The heritable characteristics of the social culture’s development,the internal laws of the construction of the honest and clean culture,the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China and the scientific guidance of Marxism make it possible for the creative transformation and innovation of the traditional honest and clean culture.The path of the traditional honest and clean culture’s creative transformation and innovative development is that we should uphold the unity of the national character and the times,the unity of scientific nature and value,and the unity of mass nature and advanced nature.To promote the transformation and development of the form,content and function of the traditional honest and clean culture,we should use the methods of critical inheritance,reference and reform and integrity and innovation.
