基于协调度诊断的社会性基础设施评估研究

社会性基础设施作为缓解社会问题、改善市民生活质量及提高社会福利水平的城市空间载体,其建设与新型城镇化进程是否协调,影响着城市的可持续发展。通过构建社会性基础设施建设与新型城镇化发展协调度诊断框架对两者的协调状态进行实时监控,并以重庆万州区为例,选取2000年—2019年20年间的面板数据,通过静态协调度模型诊断两者协调状况,分析其时序特征以进行实证研究。

As a carrier of urban space to alleviate social problems,improve the quality of life of citizens,and improve social welfare levels,the coordination between the construction of social infrastructure and the process of new urbanization affects the sustainable development of cities.In this paper,the coordination status of social infrastructure construction and new urbanization development is monitored in real time by constructing a diagnostic framework for the coordination degree of social infrastructure construction and new urbanization development.Taking Wanzhou District of Chongqing as an example,panel data from 2000 to 2019 is selected to diagnose the coordination status of the two through a static coordination degree model,and its temporal characteristics are analyzed for empirical research.
