浙江未来社区双创空间的健康建筑创建路径研究

A study on health building establishment path of business startups and innovation space in future community of Zhejiang

未来社区是生态、形态、文态、业态的高度融合,基于人民对美好生活的向往,而美好生活的基础就是身体健康,以健康建筑提供健康、舒适的环境是健康生活方式的基础,作为创新功能的双创空间本身就具有特殊性,对其健康建筑的创建不仅研究不足,甚至认识都不够。基于目前未来社区双创空间大多是共享办公和展示性空间的现实情况,通过分析此类建筑通用空间与人体健康的关系,认为要重点加强环境和设施的健康性,提出浙江未来社区双创空间的健康建筑创建路径设计,并获得了主要各相关方的认可和接受。

The future community is a integration of ecology,form,culture and business,based on the people’s yearning for a better life,the foundation of better life is good health.Providing healthy and comfortable environment with healthy buildings is the basis of healthy lifestyle.As an innovative function,the business startups and innovation space is particular,the research and even the cognition to the establishment path of it is not sufficient.Based on the reality that most of the business startups and innovation space of future community is shared office and exhibition space,the project team analyze the relationship between this kind of space and human health,give a conclusion on strengthen the health rank of the environment and facilities,design a health building establishment path of business startups and innovation space in future community of Zhejiang,and been recognized and accepted by the main relevant parties.
