摘要
公园应急避难场所在提高城市韧性、完善城市应急管理体系中有着重要意义。基于GIS对场地进行坡度、缓冲区分析,从有效性和安全性两个层面构建选址适宜度评价指标体系,考虑应急避难场所的功能性影响因素及其影响程度,对现有的公园应急避难场所进行选址综合评价,有利于未来公园应急避难场所的改造和新建工作。
Park emergency shelters are of great significance in improving urban resilience and improving urban emergency management systems.Based on GIS,this paper analyzed the slope and buffer zone of the site,constructed the site selection suitability evaluation index system from the two levels of effectiveness and safety,considered the functional influencing factors of emergency shelters and their degree of influence,and comprehensively evaluated the site selection of existing park emergency shelters,which was conducive to guiding the transformation and new construction of park emergency shelters in the future.
