摘要
南宁东盟塔结构形式为巨柱外框+带状桁架+核心筒双重结构受力体系,其中巨型带状桁架因为起到将上部楼面荷载传递至巨柱的重要转换作用,而成为超高层建筑中不可或缺的一部分,具有举足轻重的作用。为满足超高层结构受力要求,环带桁架一般具有节点形式复杂、外形尺寸大、钢板厚度厚、钢材材质高等特点,由此带来的构件分段、构件吊装、焊接质量、焊接变形、安装精度等成为桁架施工的主要重点和难点。对巨型带状桁架的分段原则、安装方法、焊接原则、施焊顺序、质量控制等进行了详细阐述,并且采用有限元软件对带状桁架进行施工模拟分析,得出桁架施工阶段的构件内力和变形,有效保证了施工安全和工程质量。
The structure of Nanning ASEAN Tower is a double structural stress system of giant column outer frame+ribbon truss+core tube.The giant ribbon truss plays an important role in transferring the upper floor load to the giant column,which is an indispensable part of the super high-rise building.In order to meet the stress requirements of super high-rise structures,ring-belt trusses generally have the characteristics of complex node form,large external dimensions,thick steel plate thickness,and high steel material.The resulting component segmentation,component lifting,welding quality,welding deformation,installation accuracy has become the main focus and difficulty of truss construction.In this paper,the segmentation principle,installation method,welding principle,welding sequence,quality control,etc.of the giant belt truss are described in detail,and the construction simulation analysis of the belt truss is carried out by using the finite element software,and the components of the truss construction stage are obtained.The internal force and deformation effectively ensure the construction safety and engineering quality.
