新型花篮式悬挑脚手架施工关键技术 被引量:2

摘要 在高层建筑主体结构施工中,通常采用木模板结合搁置型钢悬挑脚手架支撑体系。木模板成本高、周转慢、损耗高;而搁置型钢悬挑脚手架不仅不方便砌筑,而且在后期补洞过程中,存在外墙渗漏的重大质量隐患。基于传统木模板结合搁置型钢悬挑脚手架支撑体系的缺点,介绍了铝合金模板结合新型花篮式悬挑脚手架支撑体系,并提出了从预埋件定位、卸荷构造施工到架体搭设等关键技术和质量验收要点。上述关键技术优化了施工工序,提高了施工速度,缩短了工期,具有较好的环保效益和经济效益。 In the construction of the main structure of high-rise buildings,wooden formwork combined with shelved steel cantilevered scaffolding support system is usually used.Wood formwork has high cost,slow turnover and high loss;the shelved steel cantilevered scaffolding is not only inconvenient for masonry,but also has a major quality hidden danger of external wall leakage in the later process of hole filling.Based on the shortcomings of the traditional wooden formwork combined with the shelved steel cantilever scaffolding support system,this paper introduces the aluminum alloy formwork combined with the new flower basket cantilevered scaffolding support system,and puts forward the key technologies and quality acceptance points from embedded parts positioning,unloading structure construction to frame erection.The key technologies mentioned above optimize the construction process,improve the construction speed,shorten the construction period,and have better environmental and economic benefits.
