摘要 以咸阳高科一路跨渭河大桥为例,无背索斜拉桥空间角度钢-混组合塔建造线形控制是较为复杂的过程,需经过设计阶段的预偏线形计算,加工阶段的制造精度控制,安装阶段的定位、检测及纠偏,体系转化阶段的索拉力及塔(梁)线形监测调整等。通过对各个阶段进行深入研究,制定针对性的技术实施方案,并严格予以落实控制,钢塔柱建造线形满足设计要求,线形顺滑,观感优良。 Taking Gaokeyilu highway crossing the Weihe River Bridge in Xianyang City as an example,the linear control for spatial steel-hybrid combination construction of backless cable-stayed bridges is a rather complicated process.It needs to go through the pre-biased linear calculation at design phase,manufacturing accuracy control at the processing phase,positioning,detection and correction at the installation phase,and linear monitoring and adjustment of cable tension and tower(girder)at the system transformation phase,etc..Through in-depth research at each stage,if formulates corresponding technical implementation scheme and strict control system.As a result,the steel tower construction linear meets the design requirement with smooth line and excellent view.
