紫色土坡耕地土壤中丰富和稀有细菌分布特征

摘要 土壤微生物组可分为丰富和稀有类群,其组成与土壤生态系统的健康及功能息息相关。对长期施用粪肥紫色土坡耕地土壤中丰富和稀有细菌群落的组成进行分析,结果表明:稀有细菌的数量、α多样性指数和β多样性指数均高于丰富细菌。门水平上稀有细菌比丰富细菌包含更多的分类群,说明两者的分类组成存在明显差异。施肥处理分别对稀有类群的数量和丰富类群的丰度产生了影响。网络分析显示少数丰富细菌占据了网络的中心节点,表明其在土壤细菌生态网络中的核心地位。这些结果有助于理解长期施肥耕地土壤中细菌群落组成及其生态网络。 Soil microbiome can be divided into abundant and rare groups,and their composition is closely related to the health and function of soil ecosystem.In this study,the composition of abundant and rare bacterial communities in hilly cropland of purple soil with long-term manure application was analyzed.The results showed that the number,αdiversity index andβdiversity index of rare bacteria were higher than those of abundant bacteria.At the phylum level,rare bacteria contained more taxa than abundant bacteria,indicating that there were obvious differences in taxonomic composition between them.Fertilization treatments affected the number of rare groups and the abundance of abundant groups,respectively.Network analysis showed that a small number of abundant taxa occupied the central node of the network,indicating its core position in the soil bacterial ecological network.These results are helpful to understand the composition of bacterial community and its ecological network in hilly cropland of soil with long-term fertilization.
