丝裂原活化蛋白激酶在植物信号级联中的作用研究综述

摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)级联是受体和传感器下游的关键信号模块,它可以感知内源性刺激和外源性刺激。MAPK级联的每一层都由一个基因家族编码,多个基因可以在MAPK级联中实现代偿功能。当植物识别到入侵的病原体时,能够通过激活MAPK级联途径来产生防御反应,并增强对后续病原体侵染的抵抗力。此外,MAPK级联在植物非生物胁迫响应和生长发育过程中同样发挥了重要作用。目前,现有研究主要探究了植物MAPK级联在植物免疫、环境应激反应和生长发育中的信号传导途径,而关于MAPK通路信号特异性以及新型MAPK底物的功能表征仍不清楚。因此,进一步探究MAPK激活调控的分子机制将成为后续研究的重点方向,该研究结果将为理解MAPK在植物中的功能和信号特异性提供理论指导。
