Research on Construction Scheme Technology of Steel-concrete Composite Beam

以某新建高速公路木厂涧特大桥为例,从钢梁的制作、吊装施工吊耳强度验算、钢箱梁安装及横梁施工、面漆涂装工艺、桥梁面板施工等方面,对大跨径钢-混凝土组合梁施工方案技术进行探究。保证了50m跨径钢-混凝土组合梁施工安全高效完成,对后续类似工程提供指导。

Taking the Muchangjian Grand Bridge of a newly built expressway as an example,this paper explores the construction scheme technology of large-span steel-concrete composite beams from the aspects of steel beam production,lifting construction lug strength verification,steel box beam installation and beam construction,topcoat coating process,bridge panel construction,etc.This ensures the safe and efficient completion of the construction of a 50 meter span steel concrete composite beam,providing guidance for similar projects in the future.
