摘要
以成昆铁路扩能改造工程旺牛村双线隧道下穿京昆高速公路为例,通过实施单循环超长管棚工作间一次性穿越高速公路段落的工艺,大大缩短下穿公路的时间,有利于控制围岩变形量。在隧道开挖时采取了微差控制爆破技术和初期支护过程中全过程利用信息化监控手段及时上传变形数据,有利于及时掌握围岩变形,确保开挖安全。
Taking the Wangniucun double track tunnel of the Chengdu Kunming Railway expansion and renovation project as an example,the process of one-time crossing of the expressway section through a single cycle ultra long pipe shed workshop is implemented,which greatly shortens the time of crossing the highway and is conducive to controlling the deformation of surrounding rock.The use of millisecond controlled blasting technology during tunnel excavation and the use of information monitoring methods throughout the initial support process to timely upload deformation data are conducive to timely understanding of surrounding rock deformation and ensuring excavation safety.
