摘要
在沙坪坝站房钢网架施工时,采用了“液压高精度同步提升”技术进行钢网架大面积、大高度的提升施工。先在地面上进行钢网架的施做,不仅减少了大量高空拼装、焊接、对位及涂刷作业,且施工质量有保证、工效高,成本控制效果好、施工周期短。本项目还依托技术的进步,设计了重量轻、设备外形尺寸小的新型液压提升系统,在机动性、安全性、便捷性及操作性等方面均得到了提高,适合在各种不利条件下使用。
During the construction of the steel grid structure in the Shapingba station building,the "hydraulic high-precision synchronous lifting" technology was used to lift the steel grid structure in a large area and height.The construction of the steel grid structure on the ground first not only reduces a large number of high-altitude assembly,welding,alignment,and painting operations,but also ensures construction quality,high work efficiency,good cost control effect,and short construction period.This project also relies on technological progress to design a new type of hydraulic lifting system with light weight and small equipment dimensions,which has been improved in terms of mobility,safety,convenience,and operability,making it suitable for use under various unfavorable conditions.
