一种流水线上产品外包装箱箱装的方法

A Method of Packing a Product in an Outer Packing Box on an Assembly Line

在多品种小批量生产状况下,一条流水线可能同时生产八九个甚至十个以上的品种,有时造成最终错装外包装箱的严重质量事故。针对这个问题,我们利用信息化技术,设计了一种流水线上产品外包装箱箱装的方法。涉及流水线、包装箱存放区域、外包装箱、箱装人员和信息化系统。在外包装箱箱装成品的前一道工序,用条码扫描器扫码识别已经粘贴在产品上的条形码,扫码信息传输给单片机,单片机根据程序判断,显示产品型号,同时驱动安装在这个产品型号外包装箱的架子上的蜂鸣器发声及灯光提示。操作人员将从这个架子上拿取外包装箱,给该产品装上。通过这样的措施,有效避免了装错外包装箱的质量问题。系统所用零部件少,成本较低,实用、简便、可靠。

Under the condition of multi-variety small batch production,a assembly production line may produce eight,nine or even more than ten varieties at the same time,sometimes resulting in the final mispacking of the outer packing box serious quality accident.In order to solve this problem,we use information technology to design a method of packing the products in the assembly line.It involves the assembly line,packing box storage area,outer packing box,packing personnel,and information system.In the process before loading the finished products in the outer packing box,the barcode scanner is used to scan the code to identify the barcode pasted on the products,and the scan information is transmitted to the microcontroller,which,according to the program,displays the product model and drives the buzzer and light prompt installed on the shelf of the outer packing box of the product.The operator will take the outer packing case from this shelf and load the product.Through such measures,the quality problem of the wrong outer packing box is effectively avoided.The system uses less parts and has lower cost,and is also practical,simple and reliable.
