基于改进AHP对高校毕业生就业质量影响因素分析

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Employment Quality of College Graduates Based on the Improvement of AHP

随着每年高校应届毕业生人数逐渐增多,其就业压力也不断增大。为了研究多种因素对高校毕业生就业质量的影响,本文详细介绍了改进层次分析法的计算步骤,并运用该方法来定量分析高校毕业生就业质量影响因素,采用三标度法来构建判断矩阵,计算权重向量,得出每个因素的权重并排序。结果表明,在16个常见影响因素中,主要影响因素为社会发展经济水平、实习经历、就业政策和就业支持、父母的期望和专业能力,其权重分别为0.294、0.130、0.117、0.085、0.061。该方法运用合理,有利于提高高校毕业生的就业质量。

With the increasing number of fresh graduates in colleges and universities every year,their employment pressure is also increasing.In order to study the influence of various factors on the employment quality of college graduates,this paper introduces the calculation steps of the improved analytic hierarchy process in detail,and uses this method to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the employment quality of college graduates.The three scale method is used to build a judgment matrix,calculate the weight vector,and obtain the weight of each factor and rank it.The results show that among the 16 common influencing factors,the main influencing factors are the economic level of social development,internship experience,employment policy and employment support,parents' expectations and professional abilities,with the weights of 0.294,0.130,0.117,0.085 and 0.061 respectively.This method is reasonable,which is conducive to improving the employment quality of college graduates.
