一种液压站顶出行程可调的控制方法

摘要 汽车制动、冶金、航空等工业领域中广泛在用的液压站是由驱动电机、液压泵、油箱、电磁阀、溢流阀等部件组成的液压装置。通过工作将机械能转化为压力能,从此达到能量转化的目的,再根据顶出行程所需的流量、方向和压力供油,适用于所有驱动装置按照各种要求和规定完成工作。本文重点介绍了一种液压站顶出行程可调的控制方法,增加位移传感器检测,可以在电控系统中触摸屏中根据工件的实际需求设定匹配的行程,从而达到最佳保压成形生产。 Hydraulic station has been widely used in industries such as automotive braking,metallurgy,and aviation,which is composed of components such as drive motors,hydraulic pumps,fuel tanks,solenoid valves,and relief valves.By converting mechanical energy into pressure energy through work,the goal of energy conversion is achieved.Then,oil is supplied according to the flow rate,direction,and pressure required for the ejection stroke,which is suitable for all driving devices to complete their work according to various requirements and regulations.A control method for hydraulic station with adjustable ejection stroke has been mainly introduced in the text,by adding displacement sensor detection,the matching stroke can be set in the touch screen of the electronic control system according to the actual needs of the workpiece,thereby achieving the best pressure-holding forming production.
