汽车纵梁压制液压机滑块比例同步控制技术

摘要 纵梁是载货汽车的主要承载构件,其有效长度最大可超过12m,一般由压力机经过冲压、折弯、冲孔成形。纵梁的截面根据车型承载情况不同,呈连续不规则变化,因此在冲压成形中,压力机滑块始终处于不均匀加载状态,尤其针对不同长度的纵梁冲压件,为扩大设备使用范围和使用的经济性,纵梁压制液压机需采取抗偏载措施来应对不同的工况。本文采用的滑块伺服比例控制技术,在应对不同长度纵梁冲压产生的滑块偏载时,可有效控制滑块在压制和脱模时的运动平行度处于0.3mm/12m的范围内,保护设备,提高模具寿命,提升产品品质。 The longitudinal beam is the main load-bearing component of a truck,with an effective length of up to 12m.It is generally formed by stamping,bending,and punching with a press.The cross-section of the longitudinal beam varies continuously and irregularly according to the bearing capacity of the vehicle model.Therefore,during stamping forming,the slider of the press is always in an uneven loading state.Especially for longitudinal beam stamping parts of different lengths,in order to expand the range of equipment use and the economy of use,the longitudinal beam pressing hydraulic press needs to take anti eccentric load measures to cope with different working conditions.The slider servo proportional control technology adopted in this article can effectively control the parallelism of the slider movement during pressing and demolding within the range of 0.3mm/12m when dealing with the slider offset load generated by stamping of different length longitudinal beams,protecting the equipment,prolonging the mold life,and improving product quality.
