摘要
液压产品(包括液压元件和系统)属于复杂系统。本文提供一种分析液压系统可靠性的方法,用于找出其故障产生的主要影响因素,即故障树分析法。以卷板机液压系统为例,使用该方法可找到其系统设计的薄弱环节,为液压系统设计改进提供依据,并方便后续使用过程中对制造工艺过程、维修管理和故障分析中所发生的问题进行原因探究和分析,以提高系统的可靠性。
Hydraulic products(including hydraulic components and systems) belong to complex systems.This paper provides a method to analyze the reliability of hydraulic systems to find out the main influencing factors of their faults,namely fault tree analysis.Taking the hydraulic system of the plate bending machine as an example,the weak link of the system design can be found by using this method,which provides a basis for the design and improvement of the hydraulic system;It is also convenient to explore and analyze the causes of problems in manufacturing process,maintenance management and fault analysis in the subsequent use process,so as to improve the reliability of the system.
