摘要
为解决型咀螺纹起始点、螺纹齿形及快换插槽各位置加工精度难题,控制型咀的粗加工、半精加工及精加工等加工工序,并在加工过程中采用数控立式车床和数控镗铣床对型咀45°锯齿形螺纹齿形、15°螺纹起始点角度及15.5°快换插槽位置进行精准控制,从而使型咀在各加工工序中尺寸和精度达到图纸及工艺要求,进而最终保证型咀满足装配使用性能要求,保证产品质量。
In order to solve the machining accuracy problems of the starting point,tooth shape,and quick change slot of the nozzle thread,rough machining,semi precision machining,and precision machining of the nozzle have been carried out.During the machining process,CNC vertical lathes and CNC boring and milling machines have been used to accurately control the 45°serrated thread tooth shape,15°thread starting point angle,and 15.5° quick change slot position of the nozzle.Thus in this way,the size and accuracy of the nozzle in each processing process can meet the requirements of the drawings and processes,ultimately ensuring that the nozzle meets the assembly performance requirements and product quality.
