在“三高四新”视域下,技工院校面临着培养高素质技能人才的挑战。通用能力是集学生的沟通能力、创新能力、团队合作能力、知识迁移能力等于一体的能力总和,在技工院校学生能力的培养中具有重要价值,是实现高技能人才培养的必然发展趋势,同时也是我国技工教育的必然改革趋势。基于此,深入分析技工院校高技能人才通用能力的重要性,并提出培养路径。

Under the perspective of "three highs and four news",technical colleges and universities are facing the challenge of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.General ability is the sum of students' communication ability,innovation ability,teamwork ability,knowledge transfer ability and so on,which has an important value in the cultivation of students' ability in technical colleges and universities,and it is the inevitable development trend to realise the cultivation of high-skilled talents,and it is also the inevitable reform trend of China's technical education.Based on this,the importance of the general ability of highly skilled personnel in technical colleges is analysed in depth,and the cultivation path is proposed.
