投球调剖装置动态流体分析与试验研究

摘要 为了提高调剖球封堵目标井段炮眼成功率,使之能够调整井段纵向吸汽剖面,达到很好的蒸汽纵向动用效果。这里通过流体力学分析,建立运动与动力数学模型,进行室内试验和fluent流体仿真试验的方法。搭建出投球调剖室内模拟装置,通过控制流量来模拟井下各油层渗透压,考察不同数量炮眼层以及不同流量之下调剖球投球状况。对照室内试验设计流体仿真模拟试验,通过设置不同的边界出口以及不同比例压强值开展试验,验证室内试验的合理有效性。结果表明可通过提高设备气密性,改善注气量以及根据运动与动力数学模型适度改变流体密度,小球半径和质量等因素提高投球成功率。从而为现场油田开采工作提供指导依据,提高蒸汽驱稠油热采效率。 In order to improve the success rate of borehole sealing in the target well section by profile control ball,it can adjust the longitudinal steam suction section of the well section and achieve good longitudinal operation effect.In this paper,fluid mechan⁃ics analysis,mathematical model of motion and dynamics,laboratory test and fluent fluid simulation test are adopted.A simula⁃tion device was built to simulate the osmotic pressure of each oil layer by controlling the flow rate,and to investigate the condi⁃tions of different number of perforations and different flow rates of pitch ball reduction.The simulation experiment of the design flu⁃id of the control indoor test is designed to open different boundary exits and set different proportional pressure values to test the rea⁃sonable effectiveness of indoor trials.The results show that the success rate of pitching can be improved by improving the air tight⁃ness of the equipment,improving the air injection volume,and moderately changing the fluid density,small ball radius and mass according to the mathematical model of motion and dynamics.Thus,it can provide guidance for field oilfield exploitation and improve steam flooding heavy oil thermal recovery efficiency.
