应用动力吸振器的商用车方向盘怠速抖动控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 商用车方向盘怠速抖动作为驾驶舒适性重要指标直接影响整车综合性能表现。针对目标商用车方向盘怠速抖动问题,通过整车怠速试验及转向系统模态测试确定出方向盘异常抖动原因。应用虚拟仿真技术建立整车刚柔耦合动力学模型及具有共振特征的发动机虚拟激励源;结合动力吸振器之基本原理,提出动力吸振器参数(质量、刚度及阻尼)设计思路。进一步通过仿真计算与实车试验方法对比应用动力吸振器前后方向盘抖动响应。结果表明:应用动力吸振器后目标商用车方向盘抖动在共振转速范围内降低明显;吸振器参数设计有效、整车及虚拟激励模型可靠。 As an important indicator of driving comfort,commercial vehicle steering wheel idling jitter directly affects the overall performance of the vehicle.Aiming at the idling jitter of the target commercial vehicle steering wheel,the cause of the abnormal steering wheel jitter was determined through the vehicle idling test and the steering system modal test.The virtual simulation tech⁃nology is used to establish the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the vehicle and the virtual excitation source of the engine with resonance characteristics;combined with the basic principle of the dynamic vibration absorber,the design ideas of the dynam⁃ic vibration absorber parameters(mass,stiffness and damping)are proposed.The jitter response of the front and rear steering wheel is further compared with the actual vehicle test method through simulation calculation.The results show that after applying the dy⁃namic vibration absorber,the steering wheel jitter of the target commercial vehicle is significantly reduced within the resonance speed range;the design of the vibration absorber parameters is effective,and the vehicle and virtual excitation model are reliable.
