摘要 不同规格的高强度螺栓被广泛应用在大型运载火箭的结构连接部位。提出复杂连接位置尤其是有集中载荷作用处的螺栓结构刚度分配设计方法。设计中通过匹配螺栓或螺栓组与被连接件的刚度特性,合理分配外部弯矩载荷在被连接位置处各零件上所承担的比例,从而实现复杂结构刚度设计。通过对典型高强度材料螺栓进行拉弯耦合试验,获得不同高强度材料螺栓的刚度性能。最后把试验结果应用到具体火箭螺栓连接结构设计案例中,验证刚度设计方法的有效性。 Different specifications of high-strength bolts are widely used in the structural joints of large launch vehicles.The stiffness design method of bolt structure at complex connecting position is put forward.By matching the stiffness characteristics of bolt and connected part,the ratio of external bending moment load borne by each part at connecting position is reasonably distributed to realize the structural stiffness design.The stiffness properties of bolts of different high strength materials were obtained through the tensile and flexural coupling test of typical high strength materials.Finally,the test results are applied to the bolt structural design cases of launch vehicle to verify the effectiveness of the stiffness design method.
