摘要
为了解决大型混凝土振动台多电机协调控制问题,提高电机控制精度,以达成良好的振动效果,提出了一种基于CAN总线的多电机同步控制系统。利用滑模控制算法对单台PMSM电机进行速度控制,在传统PID算法的基础上进行改进,利用模糊控制的原理对双台电机进行同步控制。并在此基础之上,利用CAN总线搭建电机控制网络,并利用交叉耦合控制算法实现了多台电机同步控制。最后分别对单台电机、两台电机、多台电机进行仿真分析。结论证明,系统性能良好,较为稳定。
In order to solve the problem of multi-motor coordinated control of large concrete vibration table,improve the motor control accuracy and achieve good vibration effect in the same times,the paper proposes a multi-motor synchronous control system based on the CAN bus.The sliding mode control algorithm is used to control the speed of a single PMSM motor,and the improvement using the theory of the principle of fuzzy control is carried out on the basis of the traditional PID algorithm,which is used to control two PMSM motor synchronously.On the above bases,the motor control network is built by the CAN bus,and the cross-coupling control algorithm is used to realize the synchronous control of multiple motors.Finally,the simulation analysis of single motor,two motors and several motors is carried out.The results show that the system is of good quality and stable.
