摘要
为了无损、便捷、高效的检测混凝土桥梁隐伏病害,将红外热成像法应用到诸如内部空洞这类混凝土桥梁隐伏病害的检测之中。制作一定数量的混凝土实体试块,分别在其内部设置深度、体积不同的空洞,采集混凝土试块表面的温度信息,利用专业软件对温度信息进行分析,结果表明:当内部空洞体积不变时,空洞上表面与混凝土模型上表面的距离越近(深度越浅),温差越大,检测效果越明显;当空洞上表面与混凝土模型上表面的距离(深度)不变时,空洞体积越大,温差越大,检测效果越明显。
In order to detect hidden defects of concrete bridges non-destructively,conveniently and efficiently,infrared thermal imaging is applied to the detection of hidden defects of concrete bridges such as internal voids.Make a certain number of concrete solid test blocks,set cavities with different depths and volumes inside them,collect temperature information on the surface of the concrete test blocks,and analyze the temperature information with professional software.The results show that:when the internal cavity volume remains unchanged,The closer the distance between the upper surface of the cavity and the upper surface of the con⁃crete model(the shallower the depth),the greater the temperature difference,the more obvious the detection effect;when the dis⁃tance(depth)between the upper surface of the cavity and the upper surface of the concrete model does not change,the larger the cavity volume,The greater the temperature difference,the more obvious the detection effect.
